Key management is included for those subscribing to our Caretaker service. Your property keys will be held securely at our unit whilst not in use. All key handling staff are thoroughly vetted prior to any allocation of keys. Lost key insurance is also included for those subscribing to our Management service (perfect for holiday home and second home owners).Changeover Clean:
WHK manage a wide variety of properties from large detached manor houses to studio apartments. Whether 5 star rated or not, we set the standards that other companies only aspire to achieve. Our Housekeeping teams are trained to, upon completion of the changeover, step back and view the property through the eyes of a guest, revisiting each room to ensure that the standards are met. Our aim is to always exceed the ever increasing expectations of guest, agent and owner.
Where possible we always carry out a changeover clean upon departure to ensure that any property maintenance issues are identified and dealt with as per your instruction. At each and every changeover your property will be cleaned thoroughly so that the incoming guest will find no trace of the outgoing one.Linen Laundry Service:
Our professional linen service offers owners the option to colour coordinate their rooms. At WHK we believe that your property is unique and needs to be dressed to suit. We do not force you into taking white, low quality contract linen.
If you do not have the time, we can of course purchase linen on your behalf to your agreed specification.
Meet & Greet:
Most of our properties use key safes for guest arrivals. Where an owner request a meet & greet for their holiday home guests this will be arranged and charged based on property size and location.Mobile Greeting:
If requested we will add this to your specification and contact a guest post arrival to ensure that they are in your holiday home and all is well.Property Maintenance:
At WHK we can provide all the property maintenance requirements of your Holiday Home from simple dripping taps (basic holiday home maintenance) to complete property refurbishments. Owners whom subscribe to our Management service will benefit from 24/7 response to any property maintenance related issues. Owners who do not subscribe to our Management services must provide their own out of ours contact for guests. However, owners & Guests can call on the property maintenance services of WHK during normal office hours.Property Checks:
We know through experience at WHK that your Holiday Home or Second Home may be vacant at times throughout the year (sometimes by choice) due to seasonal fluctuations in bookings. At WHK we can visit your property to complete a property check to fulfill the requirements of your insurance policy. We can also visit the property after bouts of inclement weather and report any issues back to you.
Holiday Home Directory:
FREE of charge we will include your property within our own Holiday Home Directory
This facility enables owners to acheive even more bookings and is linked direct to your own and or agents website.
More and more legislation is coming out with regard to Holiday Homes that are commercially let. At WHK we can provide you with everything you need to comply with current legislation from Landlords Gas Safety Certificates to Fire Risk Assessments, PAT, P.I.R, General Risk Assessments and Access Statements.Admin Services:
We will forward your mail, take meter readings and manage your bookings prior and post arrivals.
