Property description

Hill Quay sits on its own in an enviable position along the banks of Bow Creek, a wooded, tidal inlet of the River Dart. This charming detached house, reached down a long private drive, faces the river with its own private, 300 yard river frontage, moorings (dinghy provided) and surrounded by 10 beautiful acres of fields and a National Trust wood. Here you can mess around in the boat on the river, row downstream to an excellent restaurant/pub, enjoy the luxury of a sauna, sip cocktails in the evening sun from a viewing area overlooking the river, while the children play table tennis in the games room, or simply relish the comfort and style of this quite exceptional property. Originally a gamekeeper’s cottage the house has been sympathetically extended and provides a very comfortable and attractive home in a quite outstanding setting. For those looking for a wonderful playground for both adults and children alike - a more heavenly spot than this would be hard to find.

Accommodation:

Accessed from the verandah is a store room with further large fridge/freezer.
